netsfan3 I took an Italian gal to the track around then. She was engaged to a soldier at the time. I told her to stick with him, because I was likely to end up being drafted myself in a bit. Last I heard, they were still married. So, I guess we both came out ahead. Won her a few bucks that day. That area of CA that Fuzzy lives in has one of the Most beautiful National Parks in the nation - Yosemite National Park , and the Lake Tahoe area she has referred to in her past horse riding excursions is an exceptional and outstanding area.
Why do I know this? Is because I have had the opportunity to have lived close enough to these areas , as child and adult - -I have traveled, camped, ridden trails, seen the sites and the history and historical landmarks.
DO NOT besmirch these areas, YOU have no idea what you are talking about. That You are focusing on ‘one’ area is distorted and disrespectful. Reporting something from 1986, But not an update almost 20 years later.? SMH
